Job Title: Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager
Location: New Taipei City, Taiwan

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy across Southeast Asia. This role requires a strong understanding of regional hiring practices, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across Southeast Asia, including talent sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Develop and execute effective TA strategies aligned with business goals and regional talent trends.

Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

Build and manage a high-performing TA team; coach, mentor, and develop team members.

Utilize data-driven insights to track hiring metrics and continuously improve recruiting processes.

Maintain strong candidate pipelines through active sourcing, employer branding initiatives, and partnerships with recruitment agencies or platforms.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal hiring policies.

Drive initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in recruitment strategies.

Represent the company in job fairs, recruitment events, and university collaborations to attract top talent.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum 7 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record in overseas recruitment, especially across Southeast Asia (e.g., Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia).

Fluent in English, both written and verbal; additional Southeast Asian language skills are an advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and employer branding tools.
