Our client is a leading global organization with No.1 market share in Taiwan market. As Talent & Learning (Organization Development) Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing talent policies, guidelines, and programs. This role involves defining local talent priorities, collaborating with external suppliers to drive career development and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Asia team of professionals dedicated to excellence.
  • Develop and execute talent management policies, guidelines, and programs that align with group business and HR strategy.
  • Ensure that processes and tools related to Talent and Organization Development are cohesive and effective.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of talent initiatives, plan corrective actions, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Define and address local talent and organizational development priorities. Create and implement plans to meet these priorities and serve as a strategic partner in regional or global teams as applicable.
  • Select and partner with external suppliers, such as training providers and consultants, in alignment with procurement guidelines and global frameworks.
  • Advocate for and deliver strong employee career and capability development programs. Collaborate with global talent and HR professionals to share insights, seek synergies, and avoid duplication.
  • Ensure high data quality and accuracy, maintain process and system discipline, and manage talent data.
  • Partner with C level, BU Head, and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure that initiatives achieve positive result.
Qualifications:
  • 7~10 years of experience in talent training, learning, and development within multinational corporations (MNCs).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, including supervision and mentoring.
  • Experience dealing with complex group and cross-regional HR partners.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
