Technical Service, Poultry

Goal: enhance business by delivering technical services and offering training and support to the commercial team and distribution network, with a strong emphasis on prevention strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical services across the assigned area.
• Train the sales team and distributors on both technical and marketing aspects of our products.
• Utilize technical expertise and understanding of veterinary issues proactively.
• Identify customer needs related to programs (e.g., medical devices, guarantee contracts...etc.) or other potential commercial opportunities.
• Assist with marketing activities.
• Provide monthly reports and coordinate with the sales team.
• Gather and report customer and market insights to the management team.

• Degree or diploma in Veterinary Medicine.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written; good command of English.
• Minimum of 3 years in the species market. Experience in poultry, swine, or ruminant production is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge, experience working in livestock environments, basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
