Responsibilities
1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities: Your primary responsibility will be prospecting potential clients, including researching and reaching out to potential leads, establishing
initial contact, and setting up meetings to discuss their needs and how Aiper’s solutions can meet
them. 
2. Planning and reporting weekly activities, including setting objectives, tracking progress, and
analyzing results to ensure alignment with overall business goals. This involves preparing detailed
reports on your sales activities, lead generation efforts, and pipeline status, as well as participating
in weekly meetings to review performance and strategize for the upcoming week. 
3. Developing and maintaining relationships with leads provided by the Regional Sales Manager and
current key accounts inside/outside of the assigned territory. 
4. Providing product quotes, product data, and product training to new and current accounts. 
5. Closing sales and following up to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. 
6. Providing regular updates, responding to inquiries, and addressing any client concerns in a timelymanner. 

Qualifications
1. Entrepreneurial spirit with a target-driven and sales result-oriented approach for career growth. 
2. Proven track record of successful sales in a B2B environment (2 years experience preferred). 
3. Knowledge and experience in the swimming pool industry is highly preferred, but not required. 
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence business owners. (English required, Spanish is a plus). Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office Suite is required. 
5. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. 
6. Ability to cold call on potential clients and generate leads. 
7. Valid Driver’s License, reliable means of transportation, and willing to travel within a designated area.
