We are looking for one of our biggest clients a Global Marketing & Brand Assistant to act as their new member of the Marketing team. 

For an international biopharmaceutical company based in Barcelona. This company research, develop, manufacture and commercialize their own medicines as well as a portfolio of licensed products tailored to the needs of different therapeutic areas. Today, their products are available in over 70 countries on 5 continents through 15 subsidiaries.

Tasks And Responsibilities
Facilitate the operational needs of the Brand & transversal teams. 
  • Training, collaboration, and guidance;. Assist in the Brand Teams operational tasks (travel, registrations, new employees onboarding, Trainee training, Dpt. changes, meetings organization, agendas, general information, CDAs, contracts, contacts, incident resolution, collaboration with agencies, material, catering, etc.). 
  • Events: GIFT meetings, brand launches, World Pso day.
  • Manage the Marketing Directors and others team members agenda. 
Budgets
  • Budget control/maintenance.   
POS & VIMs in eBuy: 
  • Creation and control of Purchase Orders (PO) in eBuy. 
Events Organization Brand Teams: 
  • Control of annual calendar of department’s events, managing them specially form the logistical and administrative perspective, and collaborating on any other issues required. 
  • CRM entry of all events generated with HCPs and collaborations with entities, where there is transfer of value. 
  • Collect relevant information and documentation necessary to open the events, in contact with the agencies/staff involved in the events. Signed contracts, invoices, miscellaneous expenses, MAF, proof of payment, etc. 

Specific Knowledge
  • An excellent level of English and Spanish written and spoken is essential. 

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (including PowerPoint and Excel). 

  • Contract management background will be a plus.

Education
Administrative education, or similar.  
Experience 
  • More than 5 years of experience as a department Assistant. 

  • Experience providing support at departmental level, and to several leaders withing complex environment. 

  • Experience managing and follow up of previously approved budget. 

  • Experience in Pharma Industry. 

  • Experience managing VEEVA is a must.
