We are looking for one of our clients a Head of Talent reporting to the HR Director:
Responsibilities:
Partner with the business at talent projects to drive HR strategy and successfully deliver human resources services such as talent acquisition & employer branding, global mobility, workforce planning, organization design, employee development (learning & career plans), and other HR activities.
- Lead and develop the annual HR processes (performance appraisal, Individual development plan, succession plan etc) to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives, ensuring the alignment with corporate practices.
- Drive the development and implementation of Talent HR policies and programs to exceed the needs of the business.
- Oversee the company's recruitment strategy to attract, identify and hire the best-in-class talent.
- Develop an efficient and strategic workforce planning across geographies.
- Manage the talent management process in order to identify, nurture and develop a pool of critical talent to meet future workforce needs.
- Implementing the strategic Learning and Development agenda with a focus on management and leadership development programs tools and practices that can be leveraged across the business.
- Ensure our employee value proposition remains relevant, attractive, and meaningful in key life moments.
- Establish an innovative and creative culture within our client business units and across the different geographies.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive culture.
- Promote a data mindset to increase productivity across different geographies.
- Monitor the appropriate success metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of the people function.
- Oversee our HR technology landscape, driving automation and talent process improvements. driving the organization to a new way of working.
- Foster, develop, and execute a true and healthy Feedback Culture in alignment with corporate procedures.
- Drive employee engagement, pioneering employee experience frameworks by applying our core values.
Required skills and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required, Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years within the field of Human Resources, with solid experience holding a global talent responsibility and demonstrable experience in leading and implementing talent projects successfully, both from scratch as well as coming from the HQ.
- Experience in companies with operational or manufacture background.
- Experience working with multiple cultures and managing teams.
- Hands-on approach with experience in making things happen
- Outstanding stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Fluent in business English
