KAM (Canal Supermercados)
At FYTE, International Recruiting firm, we are seeking for one of our clients a passionate and driven individual to join its team as a Key Account Manager (KAM). The KAM plays a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strategic partnerships with key retailers. As a KAM, you will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and capitalizing on sales opportunities to achieve sustainable growth targets within your customer portfolio.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Key Account Plans, incorporating valuable insights from customer surveys.
  • Define the customer contact matrix and implement effective communication strategies, engaging with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare for customer meetings using market intelligence, including shopper insights and revenue management data, and collaborate with category management experts when necessary.
  • Achieve sales and margin targets while adding value to the product category for your customers.
  • Manage working capital efficiently, maintaining forecasting accuracy and promptly addressing overdue accounts.
  • Analyze sales performance against internal targets and market trends, identifying new opportunities for action.
  • Provide regular reports on customer sales evolution, news, and updated Key Account plans as required to meet our business objectives.
  • Conduct regular store visits to gather market intelligence, identify key actions, and share findings with the team.
  • Be open to taking on additional responsibilities as delegated by the company in compliance with applicable laws.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Economics or Business Administration.
  • A Master's degree in Sales or Sales and Marketing is highly valued.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Proven track record of 3-5 years in Sales Account Management.
  • Prior experience in category management and/or product management is appreciated.
  • Experience in the hygienic disposables market is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with the private label market is a plus.
  • Language: Spanish (native) and English (fluent).
