National Distributor Manager FMCG

From Morgan Philips Executive Search, we are looking for one of our clients in the FMCG sector a National Distributor Manager based in Madrid.
 
The responsibilities include:
• Managing the current client portfolio (Distributors) spread across the national territory.
• Increasing the distributor portfolio and establishing strategies and synergies in short and long term.
• Ensuring annual business growth in key accounts in retail, as well as with distributors through negotiations and short/long term contracts.
• Coordinating, supervising, and training the sales team of key distributors to achieve objectives in terms of awareness, sales volumes, promotion, and profitability.
• Developing annual quantitative and qualitative objectives that meet sales and cost goals.
 
Professional Experience:
• More than 10 years of relevant experience in national distributors specialized in the HoReCa sector.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented.
• High level of spoken and written English.
• Availability for national travel.
