Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner / RPO (Corporate)

If you have experience in talent attraction and are ready to take on exciting challenges, we want to meet you!

What will you do? 🌟

• Collaborate closely with team leaders to understand their talent needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize the latest trends and technologies in recruitment to attract top talent in the market.
• Conduct national and international searches, working for the Talent department at the HQ.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to negotiating offers, follow-up, and onboarding.
• Negotiate with vendors (recruitment agencies) and oversee outsourced projects.
• Participate in job fairs and events both in Spain and the United States to strengthen the client’s employer brand.
• Collaborate on additional HR projects, expanding your knowledge of HR roles beyond recruitment.

What are we looking for in you? 🎯

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, RPO, or recruitment consultancy, with at least 5 years of experience.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and cooperative environment, people-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for identifying and developing exceptional talent.
• Very high level of English: C1 or C2.
