We are seeking a passionate recruitment enthusiast to join our RPO/Implant team. We can't wait to meet you!
 
What will you do? 🌟

• You'll collaborate closely with our client's Hiring Managers to understand their talent needs and design effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize the latest recruitment trends and technologies to attract the best candidates.
• Conduct national and international searches for our clients, integrating into the Talent Acquisition team and collaborating on additional selection projects.
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from gathering briefings, advising internal clients, identifying potential candidates, evaluation, and candidate advocacy to offer negotiation and follow-up during onboarding.
• Participate in additional HR projects beyond recruiting to expand your knowledge.

 
What are we looking for in you? 🎯

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or RPO.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing business needs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for selection.
• Very high level of English proficiency to report to an international team and collaborate with a local team. C1 or C2 level of English.
