CEO

Through Morgan Philips Executive Search, we are looking for a CEO for one of our clients.

The CEO will Lead and direct the company towards achieving its strategic and financial objectives, being responsible for making key decisions, establishing the vision and direction of the company, as well as coordinating and supervising other members of the management team. Together with the CFO, develop and communicate the company's vision and strategy, make important decisions about the direction and operations of the company.

Key responsibilities:

1. Establish vision and strategy: Together with the CFO, responsible for defining the company's strategic direction and communicating a clear vision to all team members.
2. Making key decisions: Make critical decisions for the long-term success of the company, including decisions on investment, expansion, hiring, and product development.
3. Representing the company: Act as the principal representative of the company to shareholders, customers, employees, and other stakeholders.
4. Monitor, supervise, and develop business activity and the sales team, focusing on company growth, profitability, full P&L, and increased market share.
5. Coordinate, together with Finance and Operations, the management of sales forecasts, inventory levels, and actions to reduce costs and improve margins.
6. Support the local and regional product teams in managing the portfolio and the roadmap for launching new products, aiming to identify and meet market needs and ensure the achievement of billing and profitability objectives.
7. Executive leadership: Together with the CFO, lead the management team and supervise the implementation of the company's strategy, ensuring that all departments are aligned with organizational objectives.
8. Human resources management: Together with HR and management teams, responsible for hiring, motivating, and developing members of the management team, management groups, and the rest of the company, as well as establishing a strong organizational culture.
9. Financial supervision: Together with the CFO, oversee the financial performance of the company, ensuring that financial objectives are met and financial risks are managed appropriately.
10. Identifying opportunities and risks: Responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and development, as well as managing risks that may affect the company.
11. Maintain strong relationships and constant contact with customers and market actors, in order to support the sales team and identify trends and strategic needs for the company, assuming the position of Commercial Director.
12. Compliance with regulations and standards: Together with the CFO and the Compliance Officer, ensure that the company complies with all relevant regulations and standards in its industry and in the regions where it operates
