Objective: Internal Audit Manager (AVP) with participation in developing, coordinating and completing the Internal Audit plan, audit performance aiming to report weaknesses detected in the internal control review processes and deviations in Risk Management, Compliance, Local Regulations and Corporate Governance.

Objective: Internal Audit Manager (AVP) with participation in developing, coordinating and completing the Internal Audit plan, audit performance aiming to report weaknesses detected in the internal control review processes and deviations in Risk Management, Compliance, Local Regulations and Corporate Governance.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess the System of Internal Control and Risk Management framework
- Conducting risk based and regulatory audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, local regulatory requirements and risk management framework. Execute internal audit projects (regulatory and risk based) and follow up on Issues Management and documentation in GRC application in accordance with IAA methodology
- Following current Internal Audit Methodology and best practices.
- Issues Management identification and monitoring in coordination with the Issues management leader.
- Support Chief Auditor in the Interaction with external auditors and local Regulators
- Participate and support all external auditors on site visits and also communication and coordination with local Regulatory entities during regulatory inspections.
- To register in TPRM system any new service hired by IAA to perform regulatory audit services in accordance with the applicable P&P.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of work experience
- CIA or Local CPA
- Intermediate/Advanced English
- Knowledge of Mexican banking regulation (CNBV, and Banxico, IPAB, SPID & SPEI)
