An international Fintech is looking for a Offline Sales Junior Manager.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for implementation of demand generation projects offline
• Improve plans and campaigns related to field tactical events or initiatives to attract new
customers
• Support in the creation of sales and mkt assets to ensure accurate communication offline
• Build-up relations with key stakeholders to deepen presence in field, improve costs and deliver a
better
• Experience to potential customers
• Negotiation with suppliers related to offline attraction
• Collaborate in the creation of B2B strategy
• Establish B2B partnerships
• Support in training for Salesforce to be present in activations/events
• Active search for new opportunities to develop new acquisition online channels
• Results: KPIs and report follow up
• Assist in monthly financial report (closing of the month, invoice processing)
Profile
• English proficiency at business level and native Spanish speaker
• 1+ years of experience in Financial Services (desired)
• 2+ years of experience in direct sales/B2C of services or intangible goods
• 1+ years of experiences developing sales channel and processes from scratch (desired)
• Eager to learn and resilient to fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills with strong emotional intelligence
• High sense of ownership and a team player
• Hands-on approach to work
• Data-driven thinking and decisions
• Good command of Excel and basic reporting
