Operations Manager

At Fyte, we are currently looking for an Operations Manager for a company in the Packaging industry in Toluca.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic management of maintenance, production, quality, storage, and planning processes. His/her main challenges will be to holistically integrate these processes to ensure plant production and meet the key performance indicators of the departments under his/her responsibility.

We are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, possessing excellent leadership and planning skills. The candidate will act as the right-hand person to the general management and will strategically integrate administrative and technical aspects through proactive process management.
 
To be eligible for this role, you should be proficient in English and Spanish.
