Our client, a leading global company in shipping and logistics, is seeking a Business Sales Executive to play a crucial role in expanding their customer base and nurturing long-term connections.
Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing various prospecting methods to generate new sales leads and solicit freight;
- Building sustainable customer relationships and fostering growth;
- Providing cost-effective solutions to attract and retain customers;
- Efficiently communicating with customers, carriers, and internal teams;
- Overseeing operations and ensuring adherence to protocols;
- Assisting customers with pricing, operations, and payment-related matters;
- Supporting internal teams and conducting on-site customer visits as needed.
Profile:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years’ experience in transportation, with a focus on sales.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the Transport industry.
- Fluency in French and English.
