Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing for employees while adhering to regulatory compliance.
- Data Management: Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, deductions, and benefits, in compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure payroll activities align with company policies, labor laws, and tax regulations, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders as needed.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate payroll-related reports and analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and support decision-making processes within the HR department and across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management within the banking or financial services sector.
- Fluent in French & English, Italian or Spanish is an asset
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems, such as ADP, SAP, or Workday.
- Certification in Payroll Administration (CPP, FPC) preferred.
