Our client is an international company specializing in the underwriting and management of insurance contracts on behalf of insurance companies. It opened an office in Brussels a few years ago and is now looking for a Business Support to join its team.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for providing full administrative and operational support to the Belgian team and other offices in the UK and Ireland.

In detail, you will act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in :

  • Managing schedules/calendars, prioritizing tasks, managing routine administrative tasks and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining files and records and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Preparing reports and presentations, conducting research and managing project deadlines.
  • Overseeing the health, safety and environmental aspects of the office, acting as first point of contact for visitors, managing office supplies and creating/maintaining standard operating procedures.
  • Answering and directing telephone calls while maintaining confidentiality and organizing team events.

The ideal profile for this role is :

  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly organized and efficient with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • 1 year or more of administrative/office experience.
