Currently for one of our Clients, a well-known FMCG Company being a leader in its field we are looking for an experienced professional for the position of Brand Activation Manager. In this role you’ll be part of the markets activation team, you’ll be responsible for activating the Master plan across key brands.

Scope of responsibilities:
- Act as a voice of the markets consumers & customers to ensure the central plans are fit for the market and channels.
- Execute the yearly brand plan on the assigned brands with excellence, with a strong focus on omnichannel shopper marketing plans and reviewing its effectiveness.
- Work with local agencies and retailer agencies to create strong brand activation plans based on insights that can be measured across several KPI’s.
- Ensure the right pos and activation assets are available for markets and retailers to activate.
- Accountable for market share performance and evaluation of initiatives you are directly responsible for
- Work collaboratively with Sales teams and customers to land NPD and maximize the retailer support for our brands.
- Manage BTL budget, reviews investments and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
Position requirements:
- Passionate about brands and bringing them to life in stores across multiple markets with 4+ years’ experience in a marketing/activation role.
- Focused on results with an analytical approach while having an autonomous approach to work plan, showing initiative.
- Have a strategic mindset with the ability to identify future opportunities, make choices and work with broader teams to influence plans.
- Business understanding and financial acumen with a focus on results and an analytical approach.
- Professional working proficiency in English Language (C1 min.) is a must.
- Engaging retailers in the vision and plans for our brands.
- Be proactive and solution orientated with strong communications, organization and influencing skills.
- Collaborative approach and ability to connect and inspire multiple stakeholders.
