Business Execution Associate

• Work closely with demand and business execution planners to understand causes and develop action plans to address shortages and surpluses. This includes coordinating with Customer Service, Delivery/Transport Planners and Key Account Managers to deliver service levels based on data sources such as inbound data and APO demand plans.
• In addition, the role is responsible for supporting end-to-end product delivery with a focus on eliminating unprofitable inventory in the planning, production and distribution processes. 
• Cross-functional collaboration includes working with supply chain (Demand Planners, Supply Planners and Logistics) and commercial teams (Key Account Managers, Market Activation and Finance) in high growth markets and the local CSL leadership team.
• The Business Execution Associate will actively contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and supporting process improvements and KPIs through extensive cross-functional collaboration.
•  A key aspect of this will be participation in weekly reconciliation meetings with delivery and transport planners, gathering the necessary information to ensure service and delivery of agreed action plans in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Preferred initial experience in a planning role, including knowledge of best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools.
• Experience in a shared services, process or service centre environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Minimum of 1 year supply chain experience demonstrating knowledge of best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools.
• Previous exposure to international working environments.
• Required language skills: English (C1)
