On behalf of our client a leading OEM manufacturer of advanced technological solutions based in Northern Poland we are currently looking for an experienced professional to fill in the position of
Chief Sales Officer
This executive leader is expected to set the strategic direction and strategy of the sales team, align sales processes to the company growth  and new product development, lead organizational change, and design a scalable team, with a focus on supporting and directing new and existing clients

Responsibilities
  • Drives aggressive year-over-year growth by developing a model capable of supporting and sustaining high, double-digit revenue growth.
  • Develops and executes a visionary sales and solutions strategy that identifies new opportunities aligning with organizational objectives, tailoring this strategy to  global trends. Implements repeatable processes, systems, and best practices to enhance operations and customer acquisition.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: partners with various departments such as Technology, Supply Chain, Finance to provide better product offering and efficient pricing
  • Establishes both short-term and long-term sales goals, monitors achievements, and takes necessary action to ensure sales targets are met
  • Understands the competitive landscape, develops strategies and initiatives appropriate for given markets. Effectively identifies and translates client needs solutions and monitors the marketplace to identify trends, advances, and shifts in customer/channel/competitor strategies.
  • Passionately and enthusiastically involved in all aspects of team management and direct interaction during the sales process with prospects, customers, and partners; fosters teamwork and creates a positive work environment for a geographically distributed sales force.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Sales and Sales Leadership experience , preferably within international production engineering/technical environment (OEM)
  • Demonstrated competencies in key account management
  • Strong track record in building successful B2B sales teams
  • Solid understanding of business financials, P&L statements, and ROI analysis,
  • Excellent understanding of technical/engineering sales process, ability to liaison with production and R&D
  • English Proficiency
  • Strong leadership skills
