Duties:
- Integrated Business Planning: Acting as the 'gatekeeper' of the monthly S&OP process within the local market, fostering a true 50/50 (center cut) forecasting culture. Ensure execution of S&OP process (including both Demand Exchange Meetings, Market Planning Alignment) that support the Category Business Unit and Markets in their related S&OP processes.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee accurate and timely order processing, coordinating with various departments to meet delivery commitments.
- Inventory Management: Strategically manage stock levels, optimizing inventory turnover while preventing overstock or stockouts.
- Logistics Coordination: Efficiently plan and coordinate transportation, distribution, and warehousing activities to enhance supply chain effectiveness.
- S&OP Integration: Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align customer demands with production capabilities, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in customer service and logistics to drive operational excellence.
- Performance Metrics Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve the effectiveness of customer service and logistics operations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience on the similar position in logistics and supply chain in an international FMCG company
- Experience in Food Industry and / or Sales would be an advantage
- Very strong skills in driving results, winning with customers and cross-functional collaboration
- High level of knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint
- People Leadership experience
- Fluent English
