Customer Integration Manager
Location: Warsaw
Working model: hybrid

Currently for one of our Clients, a large- scaled FMCG Company present on an international markets, and being a leader in its field we are currently looking for an experience Customer Integration Manager.

Scope of responsibilities:
  • Act as a crucial link between Market Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Business Execution) and Market Activation, Finance, and Sales leads to ensure the smooth execution and resolution of project initiatives in local markets.
  • Represent the local Supply Chain, actively challenging the status quo, and ensuring alignment with parameters and KPIs in collaboration with Market Directors.
  • Identify and design end-to-end continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing Supply Chain efficiencies and reducing Cost to Serve.
  • Execute tasks related to driving Route-to-Market changes, developing NPI avoidance strategies, supporting Logistic Network projects, and leading initiatives for increased profitability.
  • Manage key stakeholders, including Market Heads/General Managers, Market Activation, Finance, and Sales Leaders, Regional Supply Chain Leaders, and the CS&L Market Director.
 
Position requirements:
  • Min. 5 years of experience on a similar position within an international working environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating cultural adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and ERP systems
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and project delivery in cross-functional teams.
  • Full professional proficiency in English Language.
