For our client, an international food production company (FMCG), we are looking for an experienced person to take the position of:

Sales & Operations Planning Manager
Duties:
- Develop and implement Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) strategies to ensure alignment between demand, supply and financial plans.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure that the promotions, visible impact orders and new product forecasts are included in the aggregate demand.
- Communicate with Manufacturing about promotions, new products forecasts and launch timing updates.
- Analyze and provide insights on supply and demand constraints, potential risks and opportunities, and inventory optimization.
- Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and recommendations to management. Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs.
- Identify areas for improvement in S&OP processes and implement innovations and efficiencies to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
- Leading a team of 4 persons.
- Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in S&OP and supply chain management in the FMCG company.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with S&OP processes and the ability to effectively implement and improve them.
- People management experience including strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent English skills.
