Key responsibilities:
- Devising strategies and sales plans for the company,
- Supporting and managing the existing portfolio of customers,
- Developing new business and developing sales to key accounts,
- Participating in the sector’s business events,
- Driving sales growth and profitability,
- Creating and executing sales and marketing strategic plan to achieve sales and financial targets,
- Managing a team by recruiting, selecting, leading, training and coaching,
- Setting sales goals and sales priorities for the team, as well as supervision of performance,
- Developing effective sales methodologies and processes,
- Maintaining daily cooperation with the other departments: customer service, purchase, finance, logistics, IT, product management, warehouse,
- P&L of Sales Department/ margin responsibility.
Key requirements:
- University education, preferably in technical fields,
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales on managerial level (preferably in technical area),
- Strong technical sense and industry expertise,
- Previous experience ideally gained in technical products and services (advisory, professional distribution channel),
- Fast-learning abilities, especially in terms of new products,
- Negotiation and presentation skills,
- Ability to work in a team and built partner relations in business environment (externally and internally),
- People management experience and people management skills,
- Good English skills,
- Some B2B marketing knowledge and experience,
- Ability to work in an international company,
- Challenge orientation,
- Entrepreneurial skills,
- High self-motivation,
- Can do attitude, hands-on personality,
- Readiness for frequent travelling.
