Currently for one of our Clients, a large- scaled FMCG Company present on an international markets, and being a leader in its field we are currently looking for an experience Senior Sales Administrator.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing distributor specific material for regular meetings or market visits,
• Delivering continuous distributor analysis, KPI reporting, and distributor scorecards
• Developing, maintaining, and improving distributor scorecards
• Sales Support on Volume planning on a promotional basis
• Entering and maintaining documents like distributor master data and distributor datasheets
• Being responsible for regular data exchange with distributors (e.g. verification of turnover reports)
• Support Sales Managers Group accounts in organisation and management of internal and external (customer) meetings incl. travel management.
• Management and handling of distributor requests and complaints
• Managing agencies, incl. budget execution.
• Managing the office (office supplies, serving as the first point of contact) and the fleet, building, facilities, travel management and mobile subscriptions.
• + ad hoc projects.

 
Requirements:

• Excellent understanding of sales environment.
• Strong capabilities in organization, tracking and delivering.
• University degree in Marketing/Sales or long-term work experience in sales.
• Work Experience as Business Support or Analyst in FMCG environment would be a plus.
• Having customer orientation and excellent relationship management.
• Strong process thinking linked with a commercial mind.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
