Senior Sales Analyst

Position: Senior Sales Analyst
Location: Warsaw 
Working Model: Hybrid 
 
Responsibilities: 

• Preparing customer-specific material for annual negotiations or customer visits, incl. data collection from internal databases like SAP , Nielsen etc.)
• Delivering continuous customer analysis, KPI reporting, and customer scorecards
• Developing, maintaining, and improving customer scorecards
• KAM Support on Volume planning on a promotional basis
• Maintenance of customer master data
• Being responsible for regular data exchange with customers (e.g. verification of turnover reports)
• Support Sales Managers Group accounts in the organization and management of internal and external (customer) meetings incl. travel management.
• Management and handling of customer requests and complaints
• Maintaining essential KAM working documents, e.g. customer datasheets
• Management of agencies budget execution for Key Account OVH (purchase orders)

 
Requirements: 

• Work Experience as a Business Support or Analyst in FMCG environment would be preferred.
• Excellent understanding of the sales environment
• Strong capabilities in organization, tracking and delivering.
• Being persistent and having customer orientation and excellent relationship management
• Strong process thinking linked with a commercial mind
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Nielsen tools and customer tool
• High flexibility, team worker, self-reliance as well as effective/efficient working style
• Professional working proficiency in English (min. C1) is a must.
