About Client: Our client is a MNC B2B Service company with HQ in UK. Our client has deep corporation with Famous Chinese Companies and from Global level, client still position Great China Market as one of Critical Markets and keep investing. 

About the Role: The candidate will take in charge of the whole Sales Team and sales responsibilities. The Candidate will also participate in the future MD Plan if the candidate fits well in the organization. 

Main Responsibility: 
* Strategic Vision
    - Contribute to business strategy and multi-year planning.
    - Provide commercial thought leadership.
* Strategic Sales Planning
    - Develop strategic sales plans, identifying new areas for business growth.
    - Implement innovative go-to-market strategies for new products.
* Sales Portfolio Management
    - Maintain a balanced sales portfolio, supporting new product launches.
* Sales Pipeline Management
    - Manage the sales pipeline, qualifying and pursuing attractive opportunities.
    - Retain existing business and maximize upsell opportunities across the client portfolio.
* Bids & Tenders Oversight
    - Review client feedback and market intelligence to enhance bid and tender processes.
    - Drive improvements and increase conversion rates.
* Alignment with Marketing
    - Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure sales and marketing strategies are synchronized.
    - Optimize marketing activities, including capturing and tracking leads effectively.
* Financial Targets and Reporting
    - Set baseline performance targets in alignment with business strategy.
    - Agree on accurate financial trading forecasts.
    - Analyze and report business sales performance.
* Team Leadership and Development
    - Develop, retain, and nurture the Sales team.
    - Implement talent and succession planning, career paths, and growth opportunities.
* Operational Excellence
    - Lead daily sales operations, ensuring compliance with governance procedures.
    - Collaborate with internal Technical & Compliance teams.
* Market Insights and Performance Metrics
    - Identify market opportunities by analyzing client requirements, competitor shares, and strengths.
    - Forecast projected business growth and establish targeted market share.
* Leadership and Culture Building
    - Lead the Greater China Sales Team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
    - Create an environment where team members thrive and contribute effectively.
* Stakeholder Relationships
    - Leverage relationships within organization.
    - Collaborate with Assurance stream (regional teams) and Commercial/Key Account teams.
* Effective Communication
    - Engage with Global and Regional Sales Leadership to bridge communication gaps.

Main Requirements:
* Has the experience to lead B2B business in Mainland China / Great China (Including Hong Kong) perspective;
* Strong Commercial Sense and experience to lead the sales management;
* Strong Track Record to lead a successful sales growth.
* Strong sales team management capability;
* Familiar with Matrix MNC Working environment.
* Fluent bilingual communication capability, both in Speaking and Writing. (Chinese and English)
* For culture fit in purpose, experience in multinational company is a must.
