As the Technical Service Manager, you’ll support continuous business growth thereby increasing sales and profitability based on your leadership and ownership, through qualified service, the development of relationships, programs and creating a high profile within aftersales market.

Key Responsibilities 

·       Drive innovative change to upgrade service strategy to support business team to capture new opportunities.

·       Develop annual team goals and individual targets, ensure all actions finished on planned timeline.

·       Support commercial people to win bidding through product technology presentation, on customer site trial competition, MVP improvement projects, as well as supporting commercial bidding and negotiation.

·       After-sales service incl. trouble shooting and resolving, on-line service, training, coaching and new product launching to ensure customer to accept our product as soon as possible.

·       Work closely with PM team for new product test, evaluation and analysis.

·       Work with regional service agency to build up effective service capability to maintain high customer satisfaction.

·       Strong ownership and well management skills to engage and develop team members

 

Qualifications

·       15 years of working experience in Automotive refinish or Automotive decoration industries.

·       Leadership and management practice, excellent in communication and collaboration.

·       Good MVP experience, paint spraying and touch-up skills.

·       Project management experience is preferred. 

·       Fluent in English.
