- Consultative BD: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients and prospects
- Client Management: Strong partnership to understand and fulfill their talent needs
- Sourcing & Assessment: Utilize sourcing strategies to attract and assess candidates
- Industry Expertise: Keep abreast of market trends, industry challenges, and competitive landscape
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all practices comply with relevant regulations and standards
- Advanced Execution: Manage multiple clients and handle complex roles simultaneously

- Experience: 3-5 years in recruitment, with a proven track record
- Goal-oriented and success-driven
- Client Management: Experience in managing client accounts and building client relationships
- Coaching Skills: Ability to coach junior consultants and assist in their development
- Collaboration: You thrive in a team environment, fostering a spirit of collaboration
- Strong communication skills: Enabling effective communication with clients and candidates
