Position: B2B Sales Leader
Location: Taipei 

【B2B Sales Team Leader】
This position is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive sales for ID (Digital/LED signage and Commercial TV), IT (Portable Computing, Monitors & Projectors) business in B2B market and for home appliance business in B2B2C market.
This role involves developing and executing sale strategies, building and maintaining client relations, and ensuring the achievement of sales target.

Job Description: 
1. Lead team to achieve yearly sales targets for ID (Digital/LED signage and Commercial TV), IT (Portable Computing, Monitors & Projectors) business in B2B market and for home appliance business in B2B2C market.
2. Lead responsibility to manage vertical business such as Education, Government, Retails, Hospitality and Transportation from strategy to execution.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
4. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share.
5. Lead, mentor, and manage the B2B sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.

Job Requrement:
Bachelor degree in Business/Economics or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
15+ years sales, BD experiences in B2B market.
Strong understanding of IT/ID products and solutions.
Fluent in English communication.
