The  Associate Manager, Compensation & Benefits (C&B) is a key member of HR COE - Global Total Rewards team, responsible for managing global expatriate programs, travel policies, well-being initiatives, executive insurance plans, and HR self-check audits.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and employee experience alignment across international HR practices.

Location: Remote

1. Global Expatriate Management
2. Global Travel Policy Management
3. Worldwide Well-Being Programs Management
4. HR Self-Check Auditing Coordination
5. Executive Medical Insurance Renewal & Management

Job Requirement: 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or certification in C&B or Global Mobility is a plus).
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in C&B, global mobility, or HR compliance, preferably in a multinational company.
3. Solid understanding of international HR practices, expatriate tax, relocation frameworks, and global benefits programs.
4. Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems; experience with data audits and vendor management.
5. Strong analytical, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
6. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
