Position: Global HR (PJM) International Compensation Management - Assistant Project Manager / Senior Specialist 
Location: New Taipei City
Supervisory Role: No supervisory responsibilities

Job Descritpition:

1. Past Industry Experience and Years: 8+ years of experience in international compensation within the electronics industry
2.  60%: Supervision, analysis, investigation, review, and recommendations of C&B systems, methods, and operational processes at overseas locations.
3.  30%: Compensation engineering (design/analysis/strategy proposals);
4.  in charge of compensation surveys (HQ & overseas locations) & co-work with TA for recruitment of special position talents;
5. To design of compensation and reward systems;
6. HR cross-functional project support;
7. Assistance in overseas talent recruitment, etc.
8. Other 10%: Annual HR projects.

Other Requirements:
1.Excellent communication skills. 
2.  Strong mathematical acuity and logical thinking.
3. Proficiency in large HRIS systems or overseas HR work experience, or experience in managing overseas HRM is preferred.
