Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to drive strategic growth and lead a high-performing sales team in the Electronics & Electrical (E&E) sector in Taiwan. This role will be responsible for shaping sales strategies, expanding market presence, and developing customer relationships to support business goals across the region.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute mid- to long-term sales and customer strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve regional objectives.

Lead the Taiwan-based E&E sales and business development team, with a focus on strengthening relationships with key electronics ODMs and expanding into new application markets.

Oversee all commercial activities, including business migration and portfolio management, to ensure consistent revenue growth in alignment with strategic plans.

Create and implement comprehensive sales plans across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons to drive focused business expansion.

Build and share deep market intelligence, including insights on industry trends, competitor landscape, and potential customer segments, to maintain a competitive edge.

Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering continuous development, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.

Ensure all business activities comply with applicable regulations and internal standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in science, engineering, business, or a related field.

At least 10 years of experience in sales, business management, or marketing, with a strong track record in leadership roles.

Deep knowledge of the Taiwanese electronics sector, particularly within the Notebook and Networking industries.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex commercial projects.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.
