Responsibility:
  • Responsible for HR full function including recruitment, training, and C&B.
  • Knowledgeable in HR-related laws and experienced in maintaining labor relations.
  • Establishment of HR management methods, rules, regulations, and optimization of HR processes.
  • Handling daily administrative affairs and office supplies procurement.
  • Managing administrative and HR activities.
  • Receiving and dispatching official documents and handling co-signed documents.
  • Meticulous, responsible, eager to learn, and passionate about service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of effective communication with suppliers and internal teams to achieve collaboration goals.
  • Ability to handle the fast pace of the startup industry, quickly react, and adjust in a timely manner.
  • Ability to quickly resolve issues and challenges during business execution and propose solutions.
Requirement:
  • Over four years of work experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with ERP system is a plus.
