Marketing Specialist, Animal Health

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the content strategy to ensure optimal use and adaptation of promotional assets across various channels.
• Design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital) in collaboration with business manager.
• Partner with internal teams, including product and sales, to create and oversee strategic marketing plans.
• Uphold graphic design standards and communication policies.
• Work with headquarters and local agencies to create marketing materials.
• Facilitate the adoption of the Digital Asset Management system (e.g., Veeva Promomats) in coordination with headquarters.
• Manage the reprinting and updating of product brochures with suppliers and TSM/BUM in line with Corporate Identity guidelines.
• Establish strong relationships with media and key stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of marketing and communication strategies.
• Organize and follow up on customer events (fairs, exhibitions, local congresses), including planning for booths, invitations, accommodation, travel, catering, and other hospitality needs.
• Assist in organizing and communicating digital events (e.g., webinars, product launches).
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the success and usage of marketing materials and initiatives.
• Promote the use of market intelligence tools (e.g., Market Reports, Buyer Persona, NPS) and lead subsidiary-level market research activities.
• Enhance market knowledge through coordinating Sell Out data collection and collaborating with local associations.
• Act as the CRM subject matter expert, ensuring alignment with Corporate Strategy.
• Derive actionable insights from the CRM information system.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Business/Economics, Marketing, Communications, Veterinary Science, or Animal Husbandry.
• Languages: Proficient in English written and spoken and Mandarin.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
