On-Site Operation Head

Position: Operation Site Head
Location: Taichung  
 
Our client provides D(MS)2 product service: Design, Manufacturing, Miniaturization, industrial software and hardware solution.
我們客戶為全球電子設計製造領導廠商，在SiP(System-in-Package)模組領域居行業領先地位，同時向國內外知名品牌廠商提供設計(Design)、生產製造(Manufacturing)、微小化(Miniaturization)、行業軟硬體解決方案(Solutions)以及物料採購、物流與維修服務(Services) 等全方位D(MS)2服務。
 
Main Accountabilities:

1. Lead the mass production line and drive continuous improvement.
2. Identify the risk or problem before it happens and take actions just in time to prevent any issue that may harm production for the whole process.
3. With a positive and growth mindset, manage the team members to pursue better performance.

 
Main Qualifications:  

1. At least 10 years of work experience in production line management.
2. Experience in managerial positions.
3. Experience in the OSAT industry is highly preferred.
4. Experience in groups of shift workers management.
5. Good English communication skill
