Product Engineering (PE) Lead

We’re seeking a senior leader of Product Engineering (PE) for a leading semiconductor fabless company to be based in Hsinchu Science Park. This role will report to the Senior Director of Product & Test Engineering of the company and manage the company’s analog and mix-signal product lines. BCD/HV experience is highly desired.
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Product Engineering (PE) team that focuses on the analog and mix-signal products, responsible for the products’ production yield analysis, failure analysis, and yield improvement.    
• Production Engineering EFA (Electrical Failure Analysis) and PFA (Physical Failure Analysis). Low yield improvement.  
• New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Work closely with R&D department and foundry partners. Provide technical and managerial leadership to the organization, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

 
Requirements:

• 12 years of working experience in semiconductor Foundry services with a minimum of 3 years of people managerial experience, leading either a Product Engineering (PE) or Process Integration team.
• High-Voltage (HV), BCD, or advanced packaging experience is highly desired.   
• Yield improvement track records.
• Skillful in various statistics/analysis tools and methodologies (for example, EFA/PFA). 
• Strong sense of Accountability. Hands-on, Open-minded, Teamwork Spirit.    Good command of internal and external communications.
• Master's degree and above.
