Responsibility
Requirement
- Guide and supervise team members by establishing individual objectives and monitoring their progress to ensure the attainment of Area targets.
- Monitor the performance of the sales network, pinpointing areas for improvement - both individual and collective and taking timely action to address them.
- Assess recruitment and training requirements, and participate in the team selection process.
- Identify, categorize, and manage accounts within the designated area.
- Regularly visit and familiarize oneself with key accounts in the region.
- Develop strategies to meet sales budgets, proposing initiatives to boost sales and rectify budget shortfalls.
- Oversee customer credit management and ensure strict control over collections.
- Assume accountability for the financial performance of the assigned area.
- Determine pricing strategies for customers in alignment with pricing policies and profitability objectives, under the guidance of the Business Manager.
- Negotiate and establish annual targets for customers and distributors.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Gather pertinent market intelligence for dissemination to relevant business units.
- Coordinate events with other departments as necessary.
- Identify Marketing and Technical Services requirements within the area and collaborate with respective departments.
- Execute and monitor the implementation of Marketing plans.
Requirement
- Hold the certificate of Veterinarian with more than five years working experience in Animal Health sector.
- Good command of English.
- Good communication and management skills with great sense of responsibility.
