We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth within the domestic market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving targets in a competitive environment.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share for company products across the domestic market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the country, while strengthening relationships with existing customers to ensure continued growth and customer loyalty.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture, ensuring the team is equipped to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, procurement teams, and distributors. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with the company’s product offerings.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies and product positioning. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and market dynamics.
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with industry regulations and the company’s ethical standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in medical device sales. Previous experience managing sales teams within the domestic market is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the domestic medical device market, including key players, regulations, and trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic approach to sales and market development.
- Fluency in the local language is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
