Site General Manager, Pharma Manufacturing (open to relocation)

Our client is an Asia-based integrated pharmaceutical business, with strong presence regionally and globally. With their manufacturing operations based in Asia, they are currently seeking for a Site General Manager to oversees all site-related activities to ensure timely production while maintaining high compliance level at all aspects. 

Job Requirements:

• Strategically plan, organize, and oversee site operations to ensure timely production, product quality, plant safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead daily operations to meet or surpass company strategic objectives.
• Develop and execute production plans, coordinate resources, enhance productivity, and meet order deadlines while upholding product quality and process safety.
• Manage department operations, foster team cohesion, meet client expectations, and ensure adherence to GMP, EHS, and FDA regulations.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, QA, QC, and other teams to facilitate seamless tech transfers, successful scale-ups, and commercial production.
• Prepare for and facilitate successful client audits and regulatory inspections, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support introduction of new R&D products and oversee transitions to scaled-up commercial operations.
• Ensure plant EHS compliance, meet regulatory standards, and maintain a safe operational environment.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 10+ years of GMP experience in pharmaceutical and/or API manufacturing setting within sizeable business and production
• Familiarity with regulatory bodies such as US-FDA, EMA, and ANVISA.
• Technical proficiency in managing multiple high-value CAPEX projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English is required
