Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities：
include coordinating and supervising all local procurement activities, including global/regional procurement projects and local supplier management.
This position acts as the local procurement representative and is expected to assist various departments in effectively optimizing procurement activities

Main duties:

• Serve as the local procurement contact (including raw material procurement and engineering outsourcing), responsible for supervising the procurement team and ensuring the smooth operation of procurement processes.
• Continuously improve the quality and availability of raw materials while reducing costs.
• Collaborate with the regional team to drive various procurement projects and enhance local procurement bargaining power.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with familiarity in construction and electromechanical fields preferred.
• Over 5 years of procurement experience and at least 2 years of management experience.
• Fluent in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; comfortable engaging directly with foreigners.
• Proficient in ERP system operations, with SAP experience preferred.
