Job Description - Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring effective execution of the company's recruitment strategies and objectives.
2. Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet the talent needs of various departments within the company.
3. Oversee the recruitment process, including job description drafting, posting job ads, resume screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment reporting.
4. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with recruitment vendors to ensure timely access to high-quality candidates.
5. Provide recruitment-related data analysis and reporting to support management in formulating recruitment strategies and decisions.
6. Participate in the company's talent management initiatives, promoting employee career development and advancement.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Five or more years of experience in recruitment or human resources management, with experience in team management preferred.
3. Familiarity with recruitment processes and related laws and regulations, with excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
4. Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, capable of effectively formulating recruitment strategies and decisions.
5. Strong team spirit and leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding the team to achieve goals.
6. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with cross-cultural work experience preferred.
