Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen long-term customer relationships to drive business growth.
- Identify emerging technology trends through customer interactions and communicate insights to internal stakeholders to support product development.
- Create, maintain, and ensure the relevance of technical documentation for both internal and external use.
- Design and implement innovative technology solutions that enhance customer engagement and business performance.
- Ensure effective and consistent customer follow-up through various communication channels, including phone, email, and presentations.
- Continuously improve the customer experience by refining team processes, support tools, and engagement strategies.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Development, Service Engineering, and other teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead strategic projects that secure business opportunities and strengthen trust in the company’s technological capabilities.
- Coordinate management reviews and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with expertise in Epitaxy, Thin Film/PEALD, PECVD, or LPCVD module process development.
- Strong technical expertise in advanced CMOS fabrication processes, integrated workflows, chemistry, and physics.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining collaborative partnerships with customers and internal teams.
- In-depth understanding of market trends and industry developments, enabling the formulation of strategic customer solutions.
- Experience working with local, regional, and global teams, demonstrating strong cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans while effectively managing competing priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
