Our client, a prominent player in the financial sector, is seeking an experienced Trilingual Office Manager F/M to join their team in Luxembourg City.
As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the organization’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:

    • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members.
    • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and email communications.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Finance Support:

    • Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense reporting, and budget tracking.
    • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely processing of payments and other financial transactions.
  • Communication:

    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure effective communication within the office and with external partners.

Your profile: 

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Fluency in French, English, and German
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
