- Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR technology systems.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Regional experience in the retail/chain store model is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in global HR leadership roles, with a track record of successful strategic HR management.
- In-depth understanding of cultural nuances within state-owned and multinational corporations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SPHR, GPHR) is preferred.
