About the position:
- GC local technical capability review and gap identification (where we are and where we should be)
- Design GC Innovation Plan structures, skillsets, capability build-up and LAC
- Implement following the key strategic milestones to deliver GC Innovation aspirations
- Based on the identified activities from the kick-off workshops to drive implementation of initiatives across regions/ BUs
- Raise risks and roadblocks and develop actionable solutions with the support needed
- Deliver the initiatives on agreed-upon timelines and resolve daily roadblocks
- Technical Butter Business Delivery
- Based on BU requests, execute butter bakery technical tests (block/ sheet/ salted/un-salted) for both internal and external products to support BU butter strategy design and deployment
- Customer technical training and engagement based on the customer needs + technical inputs on artwork
