【Job Responsibilities】

• Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to manage SSD debugging and qualification processes. Drive technical design-in/design-win activities, and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, firmware, and system-level integration.

• Interface with customers and internal platform stakeholders to resolve product issues and provide feedback for future product definition and improvement.

• Promote the technical advantages of enterprise storage controller solutions and related business models. Foster customer and end-user adoption while supporting ecosystem enablement tools.

• Execute technical product qualifications and create customer-specific competitive analyses.

• Conduct technical visits with OEM/ODM partners and end users.

• Develop and deliver tailored technical product presentations and documentation.

• Serve as the voice of the customer within internal teams to advocate for product and feature needs.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery on customer expectations.

• Support the sales team in addressing technical inquiries and driving pre-/post-sales success.

• Participate in customer engagements as a technical advisor, consultant, and program lead.

• Provide timely technical support during customer escalations or events, using sound judgment to develop solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive alignment with enterprise and data center business goals.

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation and deliver effective training to both small and large technical audiences.

【Qualifications】

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the following areas:

  • Configuring, optimizing, and validating server, storage, or other complex system products.

  • Working directly with suppliers and/or customers to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Familiarity with industry-standard storage protocols such as SATA and PCIe (NVMe).
