The Head of HR, General Affairs (GA) & Communications will lead a team to oversee the strategic management for Taiwan market.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Management:
  1. Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
  2. Oversee recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
  3. Implement HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  4. Lead initiatives for employee development, engagement, and retention.
  5. Manage HR analytics and reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • General Affairs:
  1. Oversee facilities management, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
  2. Manage administrative functions including office supplies, equipment, and support services.
  3. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure efficient operations.
  4. Develop and implement policies related to workplace safety, health, and wellness.
  • Communications:
  1. Lead internal and external communication strategies to enhance the company’s brand and reputation.
  2. Develop and manage communication plans, including corporate announcements, employee communications, and public relations.
  3. Oversee the creation of content for various communication channels, including newsletters, social media, and press releases.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and public relations efforts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  1. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR, GA, and communications strategies with business objectives.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor on organizational culture, employee relations, and communication matters.
  3. Engage with employees at all levels to address concerns and gather feedback.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Min. 10 years in HR, general affairs, and communications, with at least 5 years in managing a team.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, communication tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and native in Mandarin.
