The Head of HR, General Affairs (GA) & Communications will lead a team to oversee the strategic management for Taiwan market.

Key Responsibilities:
- HR Management:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
- Implement HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead initiatives for employee development, engagement, and retention.
- Manage HR analytics and reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.
- General Affairs:
- Oversee facilities management, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- Manage administrative functions including office supplies, equipment, and support services.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement policies related to workplace safety, health, and wellness.
- Communications:
- Lead internal and external communication strategies to enhance the company’s brand and reputation.
- Develop and manage communication plans, including corporate announcements, employee communications, and public relations.
- Oversee the creation of content for various communication channels, including newsletters, social media, and press releases.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and public relations efforts.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR, GA, and communications strategies with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on organizational culture, employee relations, and communication matters.
- Engage with employees at all levels to address concerns and gather feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Min. 10 years in HR, general affairs, and communications, with at least 5 years in managing a team.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and executing strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, communication tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and native in Mandarin.
