We're seeking a Sales Operations Manager to implement and drive the sales strategy for a global Top1 premium group, featuring a market-leading brand. This role involves supporting dealer performance, overseeing field operations, managing dealer sales performance, achieving sales targets, and coordinating product ordering and distribution.
 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Performance
  • Evaluate, coach, and support dealer sales targets and performance.
  • Implement and manage sales and tactical programs.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales trends and actions.
  • Support volume planning, including leads, retail, wholesale, and ordering targets on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
2. Dealer/Sub Dealer Management
  • Develop and guide dealer plans to achieve sales, leads, orders, closing rates, and wholesale targets.
  • Execute annual and quarterly sales plans and adapt the premium brand's strategy to the dealer level.
  • Support dealers in creating tactical plans and integrating the premium brand’s measurements.
  • Prepare and lead sales review meetings with dealers.
  • Provide feedback and updates on dealer operations and tactical plans and offer actionable advice.
  • Coach dealers on quality sales processes and support stock management, including logistical solutions for new and pre-owned products.
  • Collaborate with the training manager to oversee and certify sales managers and advisors and manage training requests.
  • Support local marketing initiatives and lead events.
  • Monitor market competition and trends.
3. Cross Teams Cooperation
  • Collaborate with marketing, after-sales, digital teams, and other functions.
  • Communicate dealer feedback to relevant departments.
  • Support the premium brand’s performance and develop cooperative leads action plans with service and marketing teams.
  • Implement and manage local actions to enhance customer and dealer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist in leading qualitative performance evaluations, including shopper surveys, and dealer screenings.
 
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales management and dealer support for over 10 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in field force sales and dealer management with skills in planning, execution, and performance reporting.
  • Knowledge of market competition and customer satisfaction strategies.
  • Fluent in English (daily work and reporting lines are all foreigners), native in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
